I am tempted to share an interesting episode.

I used to go for periodical medical check in L&T.  

Once, after my reports were ready, I was sent to meet Dr. Panjawani.

( incidentally or accidentally, he was the one who did my medical, during my recruitment ).

Dr. Panjawani started checking my eyes. Changing various lenses, he told me,

 " Mr, Aravind, you are colour blind.  Who did your medical at the time of   recruitment  ? "  

I told him : 

" Dr. it was you only ". 

Good doctor :

" Oh ! now I realize, your  kind of  job does not require that kind of eye sight "

and patted on my back.

I still remember, he was a very jovial person and any body can walk into his cabin without an appointment.
